1. Introduction
Welcome to TokenSpot.store (“the Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by Digitek (“we”, “us”, or “our”). TokenSpot.store is an online international platform, accessible globally and fully provided by Digitek. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations applicable in your own country. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately. By continuing to use the Platform, you further confirm that you fully understand and accept all legal obligations described in these Terms, and that any purchase made through the Platform constitutes a binding sales agreement.

2. Purpose of the Platform
TokenSpot.store allows users to purchase Solana-based tokens (“Tokens”). These tokens represent digital assets on the Solana blockchain.
Tokens sold on TokenSpot.store:
- cannot be refunded,
- are not returnable,
- do not include any consumer return protection,
- and may fluctuate in value.
By purchasing Tokens, you acknowledge that you fully understand their nature, volatility, and associated risks.

3. Responsibility of the User
You confirm and agree that:
3.1. You purchase Tokens voluntarily and with full awareness of their blockchain-based nature.
3.2. You understand that the value of Solana tokens can rise or fall and may reach zero.
3.3. You are responsible for complying with the laws, tax obligations, and regulations of your own jurisdiction.
3.4. You understand that once a blockchain transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

TokenSpot.store and Digitek are not responsible for:
3.5. national laws you are subject to,
3.6. taxes you may owe in your country,
3.7. or losses caused by market fluctuations or incorrect wallet addresses.

4. Payments, Prices & Tax Policy
4.1 TokenSpot.store does not charge VAT (Value Added Tax).
4.2 We do not apply any additional taxes on the Tokens sold.
4.3 We do not charge any transfer fees on the Platform or on the payment methods offered.
4.4 All costs and operational fees are fully covered by Digitek.
4.5 All blockchain network fees associated with delivering the tokens to the user — including the standard Solana fee (approximately 0.000005 SOL) — are fully covered by Digitek. No blockchain fees, transfer fees, or payment method fees are charged to the user during the purchase or delivery of the tokens.
4.6 Once the tokens are in your possession, any blockchain network fees incurred for transferring, selling, exchanging, staking, or moving the tokens to other platforms or wallets are entirely your responsibility. Digitek and TokenSpot.store have no control over and do not cover any fees applied by external platforms, exchanges, services, or the Solana network after the tokens leave our system. The price of Tokens is displayed clearly before purchase, and by confirming the order, you agree to the displayed price.

5. No Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:
5.1 All token purchases are final.
5.2 No refunds, returns, or cancellations are possible after payment.
5.3 Once Tokens are transferred to your wallet, the transaction cannot be undone.
5.4 By completing a purchase, you explicitly accept this policy.

6. International Availability
The Platform is available worldwide.
However:
- Digitek does not guarantee that TokenSpot.store complies with the laws of every country.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing Tokens is legal in your resident jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to restrict access to certain regions if required by law.

7. Wallet Responsibility
You must provide a valid Solana wallet address when purchasing Tokens.
TokenSpot.store and Digitek are not responsible for: 7.1 tokens sent to an incorrect address provided by the user,
7.2 lost private keys or wallet access,
7.3 third-party wallet failures,
7.4 transaction delays on the blockchain.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digitek and TokenSpot.store are not liable for:
8.1 losses resulting from token price changes,
8.2 losses caused by misuse of wallets or private keys,
8.3 inability to access the Platform,
8.4 third-party payment processor issues,
8.5 regulatory restrictions in your country.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Digitek in the previous 3 months.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on TokenSpot.store—including branding, graphics, text, design, and software—is the property of Digitek.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
